ENTERPRISE SUPREME PIZZA
Named after Rothsay’s longest-running newspaper, the Enterprise is truly something worth reading about. Loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives, onions and green peppers.
There is only one word that can describe our all-meat pizza: UFFDA! Piled high with pepperoni, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon and beef, this classic favorite is sure to please.
TANBERG CHICKEN ALFREDO
Who needs a town named after you when you’ve got a pizza this good! Even though Rothsay wasn’t named after its founder, Christian Tanberg, we’ve dedicated our chicken alfredo in his honor. Smothered with creamy alfredo sauce, topped with grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
LENA'S HOTDISH PIZZA
What else would you expect here? Only Lena could master this classic Minnesota dish with cream of mushroom sauce, wild rice, beef, Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, and topped with our special blend of cheese.
PRAIRIE CHICKEN BBQ PIZZA
No endangered birds were harmed in this zesty favorite. Our own special BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, onions, cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
If you like our Reuben Sandwich, you'll love our Reuben Pizza! Thousand Island dressing, our four-cheese blend, corned beef, and topped with sauerkraut.
BACON, CHICKEN, RANCH PIZZA
Doesn't everything taste better with ranch dressing? This pizza does! Ranch dressing, our four-cheese blend, diced bacon, garlic chicken, and topped with green onions.
OLE'S STEAK AND MASHED POTATO PIZZA
For all the meat and potato lovers out there, Ole has dedicated this hearty pie in your honor! Layered with garlic cheese spread, our four-blend cheese, steak strips, onions, mushrooms, corn, bacon, and topped with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Sprinkled with a little more cheese on top just to make it even better, this in one pizza all Midwestern folks should love.
BACON CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
Ole had a talk with his beef cattle, and although some cows were not fully committed to the idea, he promises this pizza will be a huge hit with meat lovers. Beef, cheddar cheese, onions, bacon, and dill pickles.
PHILLY CHEESE STEAK PIZZA
Although Ole and Lena have never traveled to Philadelphia, their cousin Lars has, and he said this is his favorite. Loaded with our garlic cheese spread, cheddar cheese, steak strips, onions, and green peppers.
INGA'S SPINACH PIZZA
Inga’s garlic, spinach, and bacon casserole was a huge hit at the church potluck — so we’re putting it on a pizza! Our garlic cheese spread, smothered with ricotta cheese, our four-cheese blend, fresh spinach, and topped off with bacon and onions.
FARMER'S FAVORITE PIZZA
It’s always harvest time with this farm favorite! Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, red and green peppers, and sprinkled with bacon and fresh corn-off-the-cob.
Our own South-of-the-Minnesota border favorite made with salsa, taco beef, onions, and cheddar cheese, topped with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, black olives, tortilla chips and sour cream on the side.
PRAIRIE FIRE PIZZA
Only the Rothsay Fire Department could put out a blaze this hot. Spicy red sauce, piled with two kinds of spicy Italian sausage, pepperoncinis, jalapenos, and fresh red pepper flakes baked into our golden crust. Not recommended for Minnesota mild-mouths!
SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN PIZZA
You'll love this Asian delight as we pile on our four-blend cheese over sweet chili sauce, then top it off with garlic chicken, pineapples, onions, and crunchy, deep-fried lefse wontons.
BACON, MACARONI, AND CHEESE PIZZA
Mac 'n cheese isn't just for kids anymore! This cheesy special is made with macaroni noodles baked in cheddar cheese sauce, our four-cheese blend, and topped with bacon.
BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA
If you're looking for a little spice in your life check out this delicious favorite. Ranch dressing, our four-cheese blend, and topped with garlic chicken marinated in buffalo hot sauce.
HAZEL's PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT
Don't knock it until you try it! Peanut butter, our four-cheese blend, pepperoni, and jalapenos.
Truly an original pizza only Lena could dream up! Cream cheese, crab meat, our four-cheese blend, and topped-off with sweet chili sauce and deep-fried lefse wontons.
No, Ole isn't serving his pigs beer. Ole says he's a responsible drinker and always checks his animal's ID cards first! Bourbon sauce, our four-cheese blend, pulled pork, Canadian bacon, diced bacon, and onions. (There is no alcohol in this pizza.)
